Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your products purchased from Coral and Botanica, but please choose carefully, as we do not refund due to change of your mind. Refunds are only provided for items that are faulty or damaged during shipping or not what you ordered.
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, provide a description and photos of the damaged item. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days.
