Express Delivery
- A flat rate of $20* excluding Oversized items
Your order will be processed and despatched within 3 business days from the date your order is received. All parcels are posted/couriered with the terms "Authority to Leave" which means the delivery person will leave your parcel in the safest place/at your door, if no one is home.

Wholesale orders are calculated based on weight and volume. Please allow up to 7 days for processing and backing of bulk orders after payment of invoice.
Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your product purchased from Coral and Botanica, but please choose carefully, as we do not refund due to change of your mind. Refunds are only provided for items that are faulty or damaged during shipping or not what you ordered.
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, provide a description and photos of the damaged item. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days.
Once we receive your email and photos, our team will review your claim within 2 business days and contact you with further instructions regarding your refund or exchange.
